DELIVERY AND RETURNS

 

 

STANDARD DELIVERY

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday using Royal Mail First Class, and aim to deliver with standard delivery within 3 – 5 working days. If you place your order after 12noon on a Friday or over the weekend, it will be dispatched the following Monday.

We will email you when your order has been dispatched.

UK: £3

USA/CANADA: £23.00

We are very sorry we can't take orders from Europe at the moment!

RETURNS

If for any reason you would like to return an item for an exchange or refund, this needs to be done within 14 days of receipt of your item. It must be returned fully intact with its original wrapper. We will replace with similar item or refund the cost of the product (excluding p&p) on receipt.

 

We will refund the cost of the return postage only if the reason for return is that the goods supplied by us were found to be damaged or faulty.

Please ask the Post Office for proof of posting as the goods are your responsibility until they are safely back with us.
